A cool midi trick that I use to speed up my work flow when using my analog synthesizers. Recording midi notes to send them to a synthesizer speeds up the process of music creating. I'm using Logic X but you can do this in any DAW. I connected my Minilogue XD via USB, and into my audio interface's input. -Create an External Midi Track choosing your midi controller. -Create an audio track with your Synthesizer in your audio interfaces input. -Record Midi notes on the External Midi.
