AWILI is a Garo comedy film shot in the year 2004. Awili is a story of 3 village simpletons who used to play naughty pranks on the innocent villagers. The villagers could not take their pranks anymore and reported them to the village Nokma or the headman to punish them and teach them a lesson. The Nokma summoned the villagers and the 3 friends and decided to send them off to the town to his relatives, so they could learn something good in the town. Their journey to the town was full of misadventure and mishaps. They finally reached the town and there began another chapter of misadventures. Finally, the 3 friends return back to the village and their effort to change the village and their habits. But how do they do it and did they finally mend their playful ways ?
