Join our server!   / discord   Vinyl Scratch, or DJ Pon-3, is arguably one of the most liked background characters from My Little Pony. Which is reasonable, since her design is very unique, and she barely appears in the show, meaning people will probably always want to see more of her. However, despite her popularity, we never hear her SPEAK in the show. At least most other background ponies at least get a COUPLE lines throughout the show. When Vinyl IS in the spotlight, she barely even opens her mouth. So, what's the deal with this? Why DOESN'T Vinyl talk? Is it because she's literally mute and can't talk, or is it that she just CHOOSES not to talk, for one reason or another. Today, we find out.
