4K Japan Cycling Tour - Today we are doing a demo bike ride test of the new 2022 Dahon HIT folding bike and popular Asian model Dahon Boardwalk D7 folding bikes. We will be testing how 20 inch folding bikes handle on urban roads for bike commuting, our usual bike paths and cycling roads, etc. We have been really interested in folding bikes lately since we want to use them for our future world travels. This is our first time on 20 inch wheel folding bikes, and as a taller rider (6ft / 183cm) I was very impressed with how well these bikes fit me despite being folding bikes, which I always assumed just fit better on shorter riders. The other great things about both of these folding bikes is they can fit both my wife and myself with a simple quick release saddle and stem adjustment.
