Scandinavia / Northern Europe Trip 2023 - Part 4 - LEGO in Billund, Denmark

On April 11, 2023 I traveled to the home of LEGO, Billund Denmark. I had an early train from Copenhagen to Vejle, where I would rent a car and drive another 30 minutes to Billund for my 10:00 AM entrance to the LEGO House. It sounded easy, but somehow I managed to take the wrong train from Copenhagen (I am still not sure how that happened). I ended got off the train in a town called Lunderskov, asked one of the workers there, and got on the other side of the platform to catch the next arriving train that was headed in the direction that I wanted to go. This cost me about an hour of time, but in the end, it turned out to be no problem. I have always loved LEGO! From the time I was a little kid, I loved using my imagination and building fun things with these amazing plastic blocks! To this very day, I still have all of my old LEGO pieces, along with the instructions from sets dating back to the mid 1980's.
