First year with Solar PV and Battery - £1,000 reduction in bills

I've had my solar PV and battery installed at the beginning of 2023, so I felt it was time to take a look at how it has all performed. Looking at the numbers, I'm amazed to see we have saved around £1,000 on our electricity bills. This puts the payback period at around 10 years. Of course, this assumes the high export tariff and the continued benefit of a Time of Use tariff. I recorded this in one take and edited out the pauses as best I could, so apologies it's a little long! I will continue to experiment with load shifting to see if I can't save even more in 2024!
