Fallout 4 - Building at County Crossing 04 (Settler Home and Water Pump Pond)

This series covers the construction of my settlement at County Crossing. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands. In the forth part of the series I construct a small settler home that forms part of the settlements main court yard, along with fencing in the small pond and making platforms to access the settlements water pump.
