This morning was really weird, really weird. First, I get in my new ship where I logged last night and go to hop to another location; but get the message the grav drive is active and waiting for me to power it. So I power it and find myself jumping to the Pirate key, not able to control my ship and it is trying to grav jump again. Ship gets blown to bits before grav jump completes, whatever ... So I reloaded from a previous save, lift-off to orbit and now find I am not in the Fermi system in orbit above my base, I am several systems away facing the Schroudbearer, which I fight and very nearly win; but that ship can do some things other ships can't do and it is immune to EM weapons as well as can turn without going forward it seems, so it is tricky to get damage on it and stay away from damage. No big deal I lose sometimes too. Next fight I win and go to jump out and go play, the game crashes while jumping and I am back to my save where I am facing the Schroudbearer again, so I beat it again; but this time save before trying to jump. Everything seems fine now. Weird experience though, wonder what going on for that to happen.
