It explains how to use the diaphragm and the low belly for deeper backbending in Camel (Ushtrasana), Pigeon (Kapotasana) and Upward Bow (Urdvha Dhanurasana). Learn to get more length through the spine and keep an even and balanced breath. These backbends from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system are very demanding and should be approached gently.
