(Sorry about the sound, lots of people on the range today.) The ability to move safely with good muzzle control is incredibly important, particularly in any of the action shooting sports. Luckily, safe movement is something you can practice in dryfire. Here's some commentary about several of the habits you want to build while practicing safe movement, and a few techniques you can practice. As always, when doing dryfire, BE SAFE. No ammunition in the area, check the firearms and keep them under your control, use an actual safe direction when you pull the trigger, and so on.
