Tracking on grass 2024 06 16 1 turn, 1 pile of treats per leg, 1 treat 3 steps after the start pad

One turn, fairly short track. I forgot about making the turn less than 90 degrees. One slice of wiener 3 steps after the start pad, and one pile of slices on each leg. I used the glove at the end because she knows to down at that really well, and it would make me feel better about the track overall if she didn't do well on the rest of it. 😂 I'm looking after the handler's mental heath and motivation to train. 🤣 But she did well. The start wasn't bad. She did a bit of checking in different directions but then found the track and was off. She missed the one treat 3 steps past the start, I think because she was a bit to the right of the track at that point, and for whatever reason, didn't smell it. Not sure how easy it is to see on the video, but I love the little tail wag she does when she finds the glove. Shows me the value she now has for it. And the more value she has for it, the more motivated she'll be to work to find it.
