I love this side dish. The corn comes out sweet and flavorful, the potatoes are tender and beautifully seasoned. I highly recommend this to anyone! Ingredients Full or half ears of corn 1 package baby Yukon gold potatoes Other veggies (optional) 1/2 cup stick butter, cut into pats Salt, pepper, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley flakes to taste Method Line crockpot with aluminum foil Add in one cup of water Halve baby potatoes and add to crockpot Add any other veggies at this time Place corn cobs on top Add seasonings, then add pats of butter Cook on high for 3 hours Stir occasionally or let it sit Serve with additional butter and salt ‪@geogen1426‬ you get a shout out in this one!!
