That's why when I found out about Shady Maple Smorgasbord in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I knew I had to go at all costs! I was going to eat my heart's desire in Amish Dutch food in Lancaster, PA with another buffet review! The Shady Maple buffet is actually owned by Mennonites, but you can think of the Mennonite cuisine as Amish cuisine. It's very similar as it's all Pennsylvania Dutch food. I have seen content about this place from other food vloggers, such as Mark Wiens and Mikey Chen, who have went to Shady Maple and seem to swear by it.
