Tune in for episode 1 of the Australian CHOP series. This weekend I was up in the Sunshine Coast and riding with the Moo Cru. They have been running the Moo Cru bunch rides forever now, and 'The Grind' is pretty notorious on the Sunny Coast as lots of NRS riders live up here when they are not away for racing season. I rode with B group, it starts out cruisey for the first 20 km and then its all on. A group goes left and B group goes right, B averaged about 40kph on the 30 km return.
