Stack Pass: Using The Plow To Pass a Flexible Guard in No Gi BJJ, Jiu Jitsu and MMA

In this Jiu Jitsu Training video, we show how to pass the supine guard of a flexible partner in no gi. Your partner has a choice - they can keep their legs low (usually if they want to entangle your legs) or high (usually if they want to retain the guard or tie up at the upper body). With low legs, toreando style passes are easy...but more flexible, long-limbed people will often choose to keep their legs high. And when they're high, it's time to stack! The "plow" position is a very useful way to pin your partner's legs to the floor when it comes time to work from here: the plow allows you to connect their feet to the floor, bring your own legs into play to control their hips, and ultimately reduce their movement and mobility.
