Dr. Dumitru Bortun poses the question: "Why are there no citizens in Romania?!" after a rigorous analysis of causes related to ourselves but also to some domestic and international questions, he proposes 3 unexpected solutions. Dumitru Borțun is an associate professor at the Faculty of Communications and Public Relations of the National School of Political Science and Public Administration, as well as president of the Honorary Jury of the Romanian Public Relations Association (ARRP) since 2008. Dumitru Bortun has been on dozens of television and radio shows, conferences and symposiums, aiming to train the new generations of Public Relations specialists and to generalize the culture of communication in the Romanian society, disseminating his knowledge of strategic communications in academic, business, management, political and public fields including ministries, governmental agencies, prefectures and town houses.
