A SIMPLE way to SHOOT and COMPOSE panoramic Landscape Photographs

I'm taking you with my FATBIKE to one of my absolute favorite locations for landscape photography. Once I get there, I'll show you some tips and tricks for composing and shooting panoramic images using a nodal slide. It's a technique that will really take your photography game up a notch, and the results are simply stunning. I'll also be showing you some of my favorite fine art prints from this shoot, and sharing my thoughts on why printing your photos more often is so important. Trust me, there's nothing quite like holding a physical print in your hand and admiring the details and colors of your shot. Let's hit the road and get ready for an awesome day of photography and exploration! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To find the nodal point of a specific lens using a Nodal Slide, follow these steps: 📸🔍 1. Set up your camera on a tripod. 📷🗂️ 2. Choose a subject with clear vertical and horizontal lines for reference. 🌆🔍 3. Center the subject in the frame. ✅📏 4. Adjust the tripod height to match your eye level. 📐👁️ 5. Securely attach the lens to the camera. 🔗📷 6. Switch to manual focus mode. 🔄🔍 #landscapephotography 7. Set the aperture to a medium value (around f/8 or f/11) for optimal depth of field. 📸🔍 8. Look through the viewfinder and focus the subject. 👀✨ 9. Slowly rotate the camera around its axis, keeping the subject centered. 🔄🌍 10. Check if the subject appears to move relative to the background. If it does, adjust the camera position until the subject remains stationary. 🌍🔍 11. Once the subject remains fixed, note the position of the lens in relation to the tripod head. This is the nodal point of your lens. 📏🔍 Remember, the nodal point may vary depending on the specific lens you are using. It’s recommended to consult your lens manual or search online for the nodal point information specific to your lens model. 📚🔍 Hope you find it useful !😉📸 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 📸 MY CAMERAS & LENSES 🔘Big Camera: https://amzn.to/3ZAJ6vq 🔘Video Camera: https://amzn.to/464H1tU 🔘Action Cam: https://amzn.to/3EWAky1 🔘DJI Mavic 3: https://amzn.to/48qtXR8 🔘Macro Lens: https://amzn.to/3LByBlw 🔘Canon RF 15-35mm: https://amzn.to/3RtFQjp 🔘Canon RF 28-70mm: https://amzn.to/3RrfEpA 🔘Canon RF 70-200mm: https://amzn.to/3PxJ4zT 🔘Canon RF 100mm Macro: 🧰 MY ACCESSORIES 🔘Mini Tripod: https://amzn.to/3Zo0iUN 🔘Tripod: https://amzn.to/3PNq5CE 🔘L-Bracket: https://amzn.to/3RxNxFl 🔘Nodal Slide: https://amzn.to/3PLyczv 🔘LED Lights: https://amzn.to/463VWon 🔘DJI Mic: https://amzn.to/461yOH7 🔘Air Blower: https://amzn.to/3PPnW9m 🔘PolarPro Filters: https://amzn.to/3RDuSrL 🔘Bag: https://amzn.to/48tmtwY As an affiliate marketer & Amazon Associate, I earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through the links provided, at no extra cost to you. #landscapephotography LETS CONNECT Website: https://shop.danielaucoin.com/ Instagram:   / danielaucoinfineart   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Timestamps: 0:00 Intro 1:27 First Image 3:33 Second Image 4:37 Third Image 4:48 Nodal Slide 5:08 Third Image 6:35 Subscribe 6:46 Slideshow #treephotography #canonr5 #polarpro #panorama #tipsandtricks #ndfilter #polarizer #danielaucoinfineart #landscapephotography #dronevideo #fatbiking #photographycomposition #photography #fjällräven
