In this Japan-only game, our psychic hero with a magical trident must defeat a variety of enemies, including possibly trolls. The kind with big pink fluffy hair. This run features no death and very accurate use of weapons. The trident in particular is very similar to Mega Man V. This is a 454 frame improvement over the previous movie thanks to better optimization.
