Video's Info: Iconic Mawa Malpua, Jalebi, and Gulab Jamun in Minara Sweets: Minara Sweets in Mumbai is a popular place to find traditional Indian sweets like Mawa Malpua, Jalebi, and Gulab Jamun. The process of making these sweets is detailed, with batter poured into hot oil and fried until each piece is perfectly cooked. The Mawa Malpua is served with syrup, while the Mawa Jalebi is darker in color thanks to saffron and is often served in a sugar syrup. The Gulab Jamun is outstanding. Minara Sweets is a treasure trove of sweet treats for those in Mumbai. Red Tandoori Chicken and Beef Kebabs: In Mumbai, there's a goldmine of delicious street kebabs being grilled over charcoal. The unique cooking style of these dishes is mesmerizing to watch, as they continuously prepare different dishes on the tawa. They also make bread with a mix of bone marrow, cabbage, tomato, onion, red chili, and Indian spices which is truly delicious. The Beef Pilaf and Dabang Bhuna are exceptional and served on a naan bread with mayo. Overall, the Tawa restaurant offers an exciting and memorable tasting experience with its delicious Indian cuisine cooked on a massive tawa. Tandoori chicken pilaf, raita sandwich & chicken tikka : In Mumbai, a delicious Tandoori Chicken pilaf is made by mixing shredded tandoori chicken, egg, green chili, onion, tomato, and vinegar with rice and pepper in a pan. A special Raita sandwich is also made by adding chicken and a special cream to bread, pouring raita on top, and letting it slightly fry on a tava. Along with these dishes, kebabs on a charcoal grill are also served. Other dishes include brain and kidney mixed with cumin seeds, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, and turmeric. These dishes are mixed together and cooked with a special lid. On Independence Day, all Indians are respected and thanked for their contributions to this delicious cuisine.
