Beautiful ThyssenKrupp Traction Elevators - YOTEL in New York, NY

Located near the west side of Manhattan on 42nd Street is the YOTEL, containing the famous ThyssenKrupps. The first clip will be the lobby shuttle that serves floors L and 4. Technically, the 4th floor is the main lobby while the floor L on the street level is the entrance floor. The next clip that follows will be the main guest elevators that go all the way up to 27. Some of the elevator cars require keycard accesss while some others have broken keycard readers, in which therefore, all floors are open. MY THOUGHTS: I really like these a lot, especially with the nice-looking cab and the fixtures. These run pretty fast, going up and down 23 floors. The music they play in these elevators sounds kinda cheesy, even though I might recognize some songs that were played here. Later, I noticed that most of the music they play are oldies, usually up until the late '90s or so. But other than that, these elevators are very beautiful, especially with the mood lighting on each floor that fits in with the hotel's theme color.
