The final movement from Symphony No. 5 in F minor by Charles Marie Widor, performed on the Skinner organ of the National Cathedral by Andy Brown. A few notes about this video. First of all, unfortunately the original video on this channel of Widor's Toccata had to be taken down, so the primary purpose of this video is to replace it. Second, before many of you start to comment on the tempo of this performance in relation to the recording of Widor himself playing this toccata, remember that Widor was playing a 5 manual tracker action organ, he was in his 80's and he was probably being passive aggressive with the tempo to make a point to American organists. Anyway, enjoy! (And yes, I did use the Tuba, Chamade and the 64' at the end)
