Generously season both sides with Sublime Swine Seasoning (Or use your favorite go to seasoning) Heat a cast iron skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Once heated then place the london broil in skillet for 3 minutes on high heat, then flip and cook for 3 minutes on the other side. And have your over pre-heated to 500 Degrees place cast iron in oven for about 5 to 7 mins. Then remove and let the meat rest then start slicing it. Your London Broil is ready to eat. ( If you feel its to pink in the middle then after you slice it you can easy just add back into skillet to cook it a little more). Ingredients: Broccoli 3 cups of Broccoli florets salt 1/2 a lemon Olive Oil Recipe : broccoli In a large pot fill with water and start to boil. Once boiling add salt to the water and then add your broccoli for about 5 to 7 minutes. Then drain broccoli and sprinkle a little salt on it and the squeeze a 1/2 of a lemon all over, then drizzle olive oil all over it. And mix it up and its ready to eat along side your London broil.
