It was a simple project that you should be able to do . It makes a great conversation starter if you want your conversations to be about tension, torque, tensegrity, and balanced forces in equilibrium. This project could be easily modified into a tensegrity table and I might do that in the future by using chain instead of string and reinforcing the middle column.
