Guys I went across my old videos of the vw mk2 1.6 diesel the i turboed and never post the process on how I done it, so here is the closes I can show it to you Was kind of a me playing , not really thinking how it’s going to turn out. But did great , in this video you will see how fun I had with this car. 1. I used stock 1.6 bottom end none hydraulic. 2. Than used hydraulic head 3 used arp studs 4 used 1.6 turbo headgasket 5 used turbo pump 6 ported the head 7 plugged the oil drain in the head And plugged the water port in the engine block since they are not compatible, in that part but everything else does. Excellent combination guys. Just make sure you plug those ports the meets together. One is for water and the other is for oil drain. Pay attention. 8 .drilled the block for water drains between the head and block. Like the new ones and you never will have overheating problems. 9 intercooler 10. Oil catch can 11.vnt15 12.
