The only reason why I showed the Infecto-Bomb is because it makes a sound effect when it hits Scorpio. The Suck Cannon, Rift Ripper, and Qwack-O-Blitzer straight up do nothing against it. The RY3NO is what the Rynocirator is before it becomes max level. RY3NO LV4 can oneshot Scorpio. If you were to suck something up and shoot it at Scorpio with a LV8 Suck Cannon, it should to similar damage to the Nitro Eruptor or Tempest. The fire duck that flies around Ratchet when using the Qwack-O-Blitzer is about at powerful as an uncharged Shock Cannon blast. Q&A ~ Q. What is the fastest possible way to defeat Scorpio? A. On a pre-challenge mode save, the V5 Splitter Rifle can one-shot Scorpio when zoomed in. Unfortunately this is useless information for speedruns since the Flux Rifle is acquired too late for Any% speedruns and this can't be done on NG+. Q. Why Scorpio? A. It's a pretty standard boss fight that I feel like can give fair representations of the weapons that are used against it. Q. What is the worst weapon in the game? A. It's debatable, but imo it's the Agents of Dread. The general consensus, however, is that it's either the Holoshield Glove or the Infecto-Bomb. Q. What is the best weapon in the game? A. Debatable, but the RY3NO, Shock Cannon, Plasma Storm, and Rift Ripper are all contenders. Maybe even a few others as well. You can see my trash tier list below. Why do you swing the wrench between Bouncer shots? A. Swinging the wrench like that increases the rate-of-fire for the Bouncer In Ratchet and Clank 2. I was trying to see if the same thing worked in this game. My personal rating of the weapons: 1. Rynocirator 2. Shock Cannon 3. Plasma Storm 4. Rift Ripper 5. Decimator 6. Multidisc 7. Megaturrets 8. Qwack-O-Blitzer 9. Tesla Barrier 10. Splitter Rifle 11. Nitro Eruptor 12. Tempest 13. Heavy Bouncer 14. N90 Hurricane 15. Liquid Nitrogen Gun 16. Laser sword 17. Plasma Whip 18. Wrench 19. Holoshield Glove 20. Suck Cannon 21. Infecto-bomb 22. Agents of Dread The N90 isn't the worst weapon in the game, far from it imo. The N90 is better than the Lancer actually. The only weapons I would consider trash are the final 4, and even the Holoshield has uses. An entire Agents usage, so from first rocket to all the way to when they explode, does comparable damage to 2 Nitro Eruptor bullets. They also shoot painfully slow, and even break if you use the charge boots (seriously). Which is lame since the Kilonoids in Going Commando didn't do that. Not to mention they're completely outclassed by Megaturrets since Megaturrets teleport to Ratchet after he gets a certain distance away. They're not even as good as the fire duck the Qwack-O-Blitzer makes. The Suck Cannon is so low despite being powerful because its usage is so niche and outclassed. Liquid Nitrogen Gun is just as good at disposing of small enemies (and I'm pretty sure it has further range) and Decimator is just as powerful and more useful. Honestly, I consider every weapon rated above the laser sword to be pretty amazing in this game.
