Here's what I have in my picnic basket: Fruit and Cheese Platter (Grapes, Strawberries, Hard Cheddar, Gouda) Orzo Pasta Salad Chicken Pesto Sandwich Dark Chocolate with White Chocolate Chunks Cookie Sparkling Water and Sparkling Rose Ceramic Plates & real Silverware Colorful Cloth Napkins Fresh Flowers Ingredients for 1 sandwich: 1 Ciabatta Roll 1 tbsp Pesto Mixed Greens Salad 1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast 2 slices Swiss Cheese 1/4 Roasted Bell Pepper 3-4 Tomato slices Directions: Spread the pesto on the insides of the Ciabatta roll, then layer the salad, chicken, cheese, bell pepper, and tomatoes.
