At the end of the day, why give up your secrets to the competition if you're going to make money from music production? The 2nd tip is to SWING FOR GROOVE. This one is simple to execute but excellent results come from it. Using SWING, you can achieve some of those "complicated rhythms" you hear in your favorite tech house tracks. It's not about manually inserting your closed hat and snare into the groove.... a little off etc.... hell NO. Apply a SWING and let the computer do it to you.
