Merry Christmas (Eve)! I went to Volo today and finally saw the Shavers in action. Last time I was here the air compressor was broken. It was amazing seeing them work, even if they’re very simplistic bots. Some background info on them, these bots came from the Tampa, Florida Pizza Time Theatre which like many PTTs, closed and auctioned off everything in 1984. Among the things auctioned was the exact same Four Little Shavers as seen in this video. They sat in storage for about 35 years until they were restored and brought here to the Volo Auto Museum, where you simply ask an employee to turn them on and they start performing.
