Craig Harrison is a former British Sniper who served over 20 years in the British Army. He suffers from CPTSD & Suicide Idlisation daily, yet STILL lives on with purpose & a great attitude towards life. A perfect first guest on the HCM podcast! Despite his service & sacrifice to his country, it took only 30 minutes for him to get discharged & told to never return from the army. In this video, he tells his story of how he went from wearing his mum's hand-me-downs as a kid with nothing, to becoming one of the world's best snipers holding the world record for the longest confirmed shot. Inbetween telling us a few funny stories from his book - The Longest Kill (link below) - he also talks to us about what it takes to become a sniper, how he manages his volatile mental health day to day & what he has in store for the future.
