Mark's mini-stroke story

In 2011, Mark (28) had a TIA after he was hit by a car whilst walking home from work. Paramedics took Mark to hospital where he was kept in A&E overnight. It was here the doctor first mentioned the term stroke. Mark had a second TIA five days later. He recognised the symptoms and went back to the hospital, where he was assessed and treated. Mark has since gone on to make a full recovery, and urges others to seek medical help immediately if they show symptoms of stroke.
