How to tell the difference between CAS LP1000N and LP1000

LP1000 or also known as LP1000 ABC is an outdated and discontinued model. It will not connect to LP-Works even if you attempt to go from serial port to USB conversion. The support between LP-1000 and LP-Works has been discontinued by CAS corporation. In this video we show 3 ways to tell models apart. 1. Switches on the front of the scale are only present on old LP1000 model and not in the LP1000N model. 2. Label Cover snaps back with the use of the magnet plates on the new LP1000N model while the metal magnet places are not present on LP1000 model. 3. LP1000 Model does not have USB connection while LP1000N model has USB connection. This video was recorded for our customer.
