So we arrived at 9.50am into the park quickly. collected our drink bottles and headed up to the first ride of the day Smiler! having waited 2 hours for this ride we had a quick break before heading towards thirteen. 2h 30m later we get informed the ride is shut for the day and to leave. We were almost at the front so had to leave from that point. No staff Members around! Others around me very upset. More than me it has to be said! I knew things would calm down after 4pm. We left the park at 6:30pm Thankfully the park shut at 6pm and not 5pm Park seemed too busy and too many rides had faults. Sort it out merlin you can do better!
