Jose Moreno is responsible for the Technology Addiction Care Service of the Community of Madrid. Moreno confirms that there is such a debate, adding that "it has been ruled out to include this addiction or behavioural disorder in dsm5, the diagnostic manual for psychologists." The reason, according to this training psychologist, is that "there is a big difference with other addictions and is that the healthy point is not zero consumption".
