In 1790, two experienced explorers, Squire Boone and his more famous brother Daniel Boone, surveyed the wild, untamed lands of Southern Indiana. While there, they were discovered and chased by Shawnee warriors, who were intent on killing the two men. When all seemed lost, Squire noticed a cave and the two brothers jumped inside. Miraculously, the Shawnees passed the cave like it wasn’t even there. Squire Boone, thereafter considered the cave holy ground, as God had saved them both from certain death. This film details the exciting history of Squire Boone Caverns, things to see and do, it’s connection to Walt Disney, and the amazingly beautiful cave itself. It is quite an adventure!
