Have a lovely blessed day!!! 💕 Meringue Recipe: (Please note this is not my recipe, I found it on a video. 4 egg whites 1 cup of sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tap cream of tartar Preheat oven to 200 degree Separate egg whites into a separate bowl, then add to mixing bowl, this is to make sure egg shells do not fall into egg white mixture Next add in your cream of tartar & salt Begin mixing slowly and then gradually mix at higher speed. Once eggs have started to get frothy, then add 1 Tablespoon of sugar at a time, once all sugar has been added, then add your vanilla, mix in well, then if desired add in gel food color, a small bit goes a long way, mix then if desired add more color to your preference. Transfer to piping bag, and then begin piping meringue onto baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour, then turn oven off and let meringues sit in oven for 2 hours, then remove and serve or store in airtight container. Flowers, tissue flowers were purchased at dollar tree.
