Join me on an incredible two days in Istanbul with my follower from Switzerland! 🌍✨ Day 1: Food Walk in Istanbul We kicked off our journey with an unforgettable food walk through the vibrant streets of Istanbul tasting variety of classic Turkish dishes, köfte lokanta, Turkish ice cream, börek in a local atmosphere in the rich culinary heritage of the city. Along the way, we also did some shopping, discovering unique local treasures. Day 2: Cooking in the Home Studio Kitchen The next day, we headed to my home studio kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience. Together, we prepared a feast fit for a sultan:) Baklava & Börek: Layered with flaky pastry and sweet syrup, this iconic dessert was a delight to make and eat.
