The Scottish actor revealed his workout routines to Men's Health magazine, showing fans how he keeps himself in great shape. The 42-year-old star regularly works out for his fitness programme My Peak Challenge, a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives while raising funds to change lives. Describing his workouts, Heughan said: "It's really about being adaptive, and I think that's kind of how I look at my training these days." Through challenging its members, the organization has raised over £4.5million for charities including hunger relief, blood cancer research, end-of-life care, and environmental protection efforts. Sam shared his sweaty workout routines with Men's Health, showing fans how he maintains those bulging muscles. His workouts range from strength training and fight work for Outlander and other projects like Bloodshot and SAS: Red Notice to endurance training outdoors, like hiking and road races. Describing his workouts, he said: "It's really about being adaptive, and I think that's kind of how I look at my training these days." In related news, Sam Heughan has reunited with his Outlander co-stars Graham McTavish and Duncan Lacroix. The Dumfries-born actor, who is best known for his role as Jamie Fraser in the historical fantasy series, posed alongside Graham, who is reprising his role as Dougal MacKenzie for the seventh season. Duncan, who was beaming in between the devilish Scots duo portrays Murtagh Fraser in the hit series. Sharing the snap of the trio on Instagram, Graham joked: "So much to unpack from this picture.
