Tropical Storm Beryl looks like its starting to intensify again, and rapid intensification before it reaches the Texas coast early tomorrow cannot be ruled out. The storm is expected to strike with winds near 80-90 miles per hour between Matagorda Island and San Luis Pass, Texas. Wind shear will increase rapidly after landfall, and Beryl should weaken fairly quickly after this final landfall.
