SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — Fireworks turned fatal Thursday night. A Summerville man died after putting fireworks on his head. “We came around and we seen the cops down there," said Nick Paclibar, a neighbor who witnessed the scene. "30 minutes later, [the] ambulance came, after that, 30 minutes later, the fire truck came. It was really crowded over there. Even after an hour after it happened, it was still crowded. A lot of traffic going in and out."
