Quakko HY3005DP power supply startup problem. It generates 25 volt 1 second burst of power when turning on regardless of previous setting. This can damage attached devices that don't tolerate that much power. It took a while to figure out why our boards were getting blown up and it was upsetting to see it was this power supply. There are a number of brands that look extremely similar to this one, so much so that one surmises they are all made by the same folks. I do not know if other brands have this problem, but please test and let me know. (Although I said it was set for 5 volts, it was really set for 1 volt and 5 amp current limit, but that doesn't matter for this test.)
