Hey there everyone and welcome to my first drive review of the new Honda ZR-V. Honda is no stranger to SUV’s after creating the first one back in the late 90’s. But oddly they haven’t had an SUV to rival the likes of the Ford Kuga, Hyundai Tucson and Nissan Qashqai. The CR-V has grown in recent years and is now considered a large SUC and a new one is on the way and is also larger. So, welcome the ZR-V. An all-new model to the UK. One of the best ways to describe the ZR-V is as a Civic on stilts. Just like the Civic the ZR-V is powered by a 2.0L petrol engine, a hybrid battery with 2 electric motors. Producing 181 bhp to the front wheels via an eCVT. It’s the same unique non-gearbox as in the Civic.
