This was a big disappointment. The product is OK-ish, but the customer service totally sucks and the shipping price was DOUBLED after they processed payment, demanding an additional $102 or process a refund that could take 30 days ...and likely forgotten. I'm waiting to see if I can get used to the added wind noise before I take it off my van. I'm still undecided, but may remove it before fixing the scratched paint.
