On this day (December 2017), I hike/climb Angels Landing in Zion National Park in the state of Utah. This mountain at its highest peak is at 5,790 feet (1,765 meters), and the trail begins at the Grotto drop off point. It’s one of the most famous and thrilling adventures in Zion anyone could experience. Although, since 2004, six individuals have died falling from the cliff.
