Method of preparation of pulav is different from place to place and individual to individual. But commonly used ingredients are cynamon, cloves and pepper, onion, coriander leaves, carrot, beans and potatoes. You can add other vegetables like cauliflower, capsicum etc., but the above are minimum ingredients to pulav. Garlic is used by all, but pulav tastes good without garlic too. Salad with cucumber, onion and tomato is best combination for the Pulav. Shown both the recipes here.
