This is a lesson from Dragon Rolling The Pearl the Nine Dragon Baguazhang system of the Li family. It teaches their primary method of walking for linear and circular walking in the art. Unlike some modern styles of Baguazhang that walk then stop to strike, the Nine Dragon system uses momentum from special walking methods to generate power while moving and not standing or shifting in static positions. This allows for continuous moving, neutralizing and striking while walking rapidly or running. This method is very beneficial for health and for dealing with multiple opponents.
