Pasta salad recipe (I eyeballed everything!) - Chopped cucumber - Sliced red and yellow on the vine tomatoes - Sliced mini mozarella - Stuffed pimento olives - Thinly sliced red onion - Rocket (arugula) or baby spinach - cooked pasta (pick your favourite shape!) - top with cooked chicken for a lil extra deliciousness :) For the dressing (approximate measurements, I usually just season to taste!) - 1/2 cup white wine vinegar - olive oil - salt - pepper - and various herbs!
