Hey everyone! The 4 ball Mills Mess is one of those weird patterns that often gets skipped over due to how seemingly complicated it is- I hope this tutorial demystifies it, as it's actually EXTREMELY straightforward. Now, don't get me wrong, actually DOING it is quite a tricky coordination challenge, but if I can learn it as a relatively inept, self-taught juggler, I promise you can too! You may have seen other ways of entering this pattern, namely starting from a multiplex- while this clearly works for some people, for me that technique felt like I was taking a difficult thing and making it extra complicated before I even had the basic concepts down.
