After the plums were cooked, I let them cool down a little, then I removed the plums with the help of a strainer. And I put the flesh of the plums on the heat again to make it a little harder. After 30 minutes, I removed the plums from the heat. I put nylon on a flat surface and put the plums in the container and let it dry completely for 3 days in front of the sun or indoors in front of a fan. After making pickled plums, I went into the garden in the village and plucked the grass in the garden. After that, around sunset, I spread the washed carpet to dry. I hope you like my village life.
