In a 7-2 decision the Supreme Court once against proved why they are incompetent to hear any tax cases, as they work for the same team at the US Treasury. They are dependent on the US Treasury for their income. Yet for some reason they see no conflict in enforcing US Treasury rules to their benefit and against that of the American people. This is a loss and sets the ground work for any tax on anything for any reason. And most people are totally clueless about yet another coup d'etat the Supreme Court performed in favor of their deep state masters. This is a loss and aun unreported loss. The Transistion Tax was signed into law by Donald Trump and is a total pile of garbage yet his biggest destractors don't mention anything of this tax disaster. Why? With Moore v US the Supreme Court has told us all that there are no effective limits on taxing powers. If the government wants it, it gets it. People who wear black robes every day and demand be taken seriously as they simultaneously claim that you should be tax on something you never received and will likely never received as it doesn't belong to you. The transition tax creates a legal fiction that shareholders have a righto a pro rata share of a corporation's retained earnings. And the Supreme Court fell over themselves to agree with US treasury over this willful destruction of corporate law. Oh and you can be taxed retroactively. It would be nice if we had someone on our side the way the federal government has the Supreme Court.
