Double unders from behind (8:15) Front Head lock - Wearing out your opponent to force him into bad position - Always trying to drag opponent to his knees Set Up 1. Simple snap- back of the head and back of the tricep a. Snap and start back pedaling- his head needs to be at the same level as yours b. If his head is above yours then you must foot fake to get him to lower his stance 2. Under hook a. Free hand on outside of head b. If you take a bad shot you can come up with an underhook and then transition to a snap 3. Control the wrist with free hand a. Level change and then snap 4. Catching the chin- free hand feeds the head into the front head lock a. Bottom hand catches the chin b. Turn your hips to the side 5. Get opponent to his elbows a. Retreat - Pull opponent – drop your hip to mat and pull elbow b. Release head lock, block elbow, and circle 2. Head in the hole a. Pull elbow and drop your head into the arm pit i. You need to pull to create space for your head b. Quick step and reach for the hip c. Pinch his head with your head and your arm 3.
